Bingo is an increasingly favorite operation with teachers finding for interesting, challenging, and fun activities to use as teaching aids in their classrooms. There are many reasons why this is happening, but underlying all of them is the fact that teachers are recognizing the suitability of bingo to educational environments. For example, teachers know that bingo is not only easy for students to learn (and fun for them to play), but they also can see the game can be indeed adapted to separate subjects or episode plans, and that it can be played using lowly reasonable materials.

Pretty much all educational variants of bingo are played using extra convention bingo cards. These cards are printed with items definite to the field of the episode being taught, rather than the usual numbers, so for example, in an English class, the items might be words that students are learning to read, in a science class, the items might be names of chemicals or elements, and in a geography class, the items might be names of cities, states or countries.

Role - Relax and go to sleep Replacements - Use good sleep hygiene, get practice earlier in the day, read Big Book in bed, use idea stopping techniques to cut out mind-racing, ruminating, or worry, make an ongoing gratitude list and record it in your mind as you lie in bed, take warm bath/shower, listen to free time tapes.

The above are only a few examples of the roles that the chemicals may have played in your life. The examples of replacements are also just a sample. You might have the same replacements used for distinct role categories. For example, you might use practice to deal with anxiety, stress, anger, boredom, fun, and sleep (among others). The point is to identify what you used the chemical for and to identify replacements that you will literally try and use. Make a list. Add to it as you think of new role categories and replacement options. Make sure that your replacement lists consist of communal activities that bring you into frequent feel with other sober people. Post it by your door, in your vehicle, at your job-wherever you can see it when you most need to be reminded that there are alternatives in your life to the chemical.

The more techniques that you try, the more you use and practice them, the more likely you are to select alternatives than the chemical, when you would have normally used the chemical in the past.

Give everyone a piece of paper and a pencil. Then list five categories such as "foods" or "musicians." everyone should list his or her favourite thing in each category. Here we have each person in the group making three or four comments about themselves. Some of the comments should be true and some should be false, its up to the rest of the group to settle which are true and which are false.

If the majority thinks he/she is telling the truth, that person picks other "victim" and poses other ethical dilemma. Last player left is the winner.
